Dear Hanoi Film School Student,
My name is Griffin Lotz and I am a Photography Student from the University
of Delaware in the USA. I am 21 years old and have lived in the state of New
Jersey on the East Coast of the US for my whole life.
I have a house at near the beach, where I spend most of my time when I am not at school. I enjoy photography and surfing, and work as a lifeguard in the summertime. I love to be outside, especially when the weather is nice. What do you enjoy doing while not in school? I go to school for Fine Arts, but am concentrating on Photography. I would like to one day become a professional photographer for a surf magazine orNational Geographic, so that I can travel the world. What do you aspire to do when you get out of school? At home I live with my mother, father, and younger sister. My sister is 18 years old and is in her first year of college at Tufts University. My father is a lawyer and my mother works in the office of a local nursery school. What is your family like? Do you have any siblings? We also have a pet dog. He is a
chocolate lab, and is only two years old, so he still acts like a puppy, although he is fully grown. Do you have any pets at home?
In addition to enjoying action sports and being outdoors, I also really like going to concerts. I like a lot of Classic Rock and Roll, so most of my favorite bands aren’t around anymore, but really will listen to anything. What kind of music do you listen to? Do you like any American music? I really look forward to coming to Vietnam and seeing your country. I’ve heard such great things about how beautiful it is. Anything in particular I should look out for? How’s the food? Is there anything you would like me to bring from America? See you soon.

Hi Griffin, I am Minh Tu, I don’t live with my parents now. I live with my little sister and two cousins in a small house in Hanoi. I do like music but a little wonder what ” American Music” is? You mean America folk songs like Jambalaya or Clementine? I don’t like it, I love it! Otherwise, I think in America, people can find almost kinds of music all over the world.
