Tin Van Online is the student publication of the Film Studies Program at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The site provides original content by currently enrolled students, graduates of the program, and invited guests.

You must use Internet Explorer version 7 and above or Mozilla Firefox to view Vietnamese characters. To become a become a contributor or an author, please send email to duandienanh2005@fpt.vn or dean@sundialforum.org and identify your connection to the program, its students or the university.

Anyone can post comments by providing an email address with each post. Comments are monitored.

Each year the class produces a short film together under the supervision of an invited foreign director, and we post the finished product on this site. The site is part of the Tin Van Research Laboratory, a required course of our core curriculum. During the course, students follow the international film festival circuit, discussing film form, markets, sales agents, and the role of criticism for new releases. We welcome your comments and look forward to expanding our network of friends and professionals.
