I Come With The Rain

Tran Anh Hung‘s 2008 psycho cop thriller I Come With The Rain is an Official Selection of the 14th Pusan International Film Festival. Kaori Shoji’s review in the Japan Times calls it a “triumph of ambience.”
Casting his wife as the junky girlfriend of a Hong Kong mafioso, ICWTR is Hung’s first English-language genre picture … set in three countries. It features generous musical contributions by the UK group Radiohead.
His next film, represented by Fortissimo, currently in production and set for release in 2010, is an adaptation of Haruki Murakami‘s popular novel, Norwegian Wood. This new movie is a Japanese production with a Japanese cast, and ICWTR already premiered in Japan last June …
